At JuleBerry Nails By Design, we want you to love your order.

We accept returns for damaged or incorrect items.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us upon receipt of your order so we can make it right.

For eligible returns, you may choose either:

• A full refund, or
• A replacement item

Please contact us as soon as you receive your order and provide your order information and, when applicable, photos of the damaged or incorrect item.

Items that are not damaged or incorrect are not eligible for return.
